Steve Jones
President
Steve Jones was born and raised in Montgomery, AL. He currently lives in Homewood, AL with his wife and their three children. Before helping found HF Home in 2014, Steve had nearly a decade of experience in commercial general contracting. Since then, he has grown his experience in residential home maintenance in our Birmingham office as President of the company, though he routinely travels to our other field offices in Montgomery, Lake Martin, and Florida.
Brandon Arnold
Home Manager
Brandon Arnold was born and raised in Wetumpka, AL. He currently lives in Holtville, AL with his fiancée and two kids. Brandon has been with HF Home since 2023, but he brings a decade’s worth of experience to our clients in our Lake Martin location.
Cody Cheeley
Home Manager
Cody Cheeley was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. He now lives in Freeport, FL with his wife and their two children. Cody is in the Air Force and continued his education by earning his Home Inspector Certificate. Since 2020, he has worked in HF Home’s Florida location as a Home Manager.
Jason Garner
Senior Home Manager
Jason Garner was born and raised in Selma, AL. He currently lives in Chelsea, AL with his wife and their child. Jason has two decades of experience in the industry and has been a Home Manager with HF Home serving our Birmingham clients since 2018.
Justin Hoagland
Senior Home Manager
Justin Hoagland was born at, formerly, Fort Benning, GA and raised in Bullock County, AL. He and his wife now live in Eclectic, AL with their three children. Justin has over a decade of experience in the industry and has been with HF Home as a Home Manger serving our Lake Martin clients since 2016.
Dylan Hutto
Home Manager
Dylan Hutto grew up in Birmingham, AL. He still lives in Birmingham, now with his wife. Dylan has several years of experience in the industry and furthered his education by earning his Electrical Journeyman’s License. He has worked for HF Home in our Birmingham location since 2017, at first as an apprentice and now as a Home Manager.
Dillon Jones

Dillon Jones grew up in Covington, GA. He and his wife now live in Birmingham, AL. Dillon has nearly a decade of experience in the industry. He started with HF Home in 2022, working as a home manager for our Essentials Program clients in the Birmingham area.
Russ McKinnon
Senior Home Manager
Russ McKinnon grew up in Childersburg, AL. He now lives in Chelsea, AL with his wife and their two kids. Russ has two decades’ experience, combined, in both commercial and residential fields and he has his Builder’s License. He has worked for HF Home as a Home Manger serving our Birmingham clients since 2016.
Alan Milton
General Manager and Chief Estimator
Alan Milton was born in Birmingham, AL but grew up in Orlando, FL. He and his wife currently live in Vestavia, AL. They have two sons, both in college. Alan has over three decades of experience in construction. Since 2018, he has used that knowledge while working for HF Home in our Birmingham office as Division Manager and Chief Estimator.
Ken Moats
Home Manager
Ken Moats grew up in a military family, but they settled in Millbrook, AL. He currently lives in Prattville, AL with his wife. They have two children and five grandchildren. Ken has over a decade of experience in the industry. He has been with HF Home as a Home Manager in our Central Alabama office since 2021.
David Soto
Senior Home Manager
David Soto was born and raised in Panama City, where he still lives with his wife and their three kids. David has a decade’s worth of experience in this industry, and he also has his Electrical License. Since 2018, he has continued to gain experience working for HF Home as a Home Manager in our Florida location.
